SWC is not a separate legal entity. Burget Consulting and Nadine Esposito, operating under the business name Wellthspan Advisory, jointly operate Swiss Wellthspan Connect and share equal responsibility for its management, activities and public representation.

The applicable Terms and Conditions, event policies and information displayed during checkout form part of the contractual relationship.

SWC prepares and reviews the content of this website with reasonable care. However, no guarantee is given that all information is complete, accurate or continuously up to date.
SWC reserves the right to modify, update, postpone or remove website content, programmes, experts, activities and event information where reasonably necessary.

This provision does not restrict any mandatory statutory rights or claims participants may have against SWC.
